I truly could not say enough good about this dental office. I am one who, like many, has a great fear of dentists and anything to do with dentistry. Like, truly, paralyzing anxiety. So much so that even though I was having dental issues I put going to a dentist off over and over and over again. I believe my fear is founded in that I have had nothing but bad experiences with dentists (except one other, and he retired a year after I started seeing him). Then it got to the point where I was too embarrassed to try to go to a dentist. But eventually, I couldn’t put it off any longer. And I was terrified. There is no exaggeration when I say it was the very best experience I have ever had in a dentist’s office. Every single person I came in contact with was kind, caring, understanding, and empathetic to my anxiety issues. In fact, I have a visit coming up in a week, and it’s the first time I’ve ever not been nervous about going. Now my husband and parents all see Dr. Zwick as well. She was amazing, kind, gentle, and put me at ease. Not once did she make me feel stupid for my fears or my delay in seeing a dentist. I couldn’t recommend them more.

Champaign Dental is extremely professional with a friendly touch. Never had better dental care anywhere.

I highly recommend this group. The staff was professional and polite. The Dentist, Dr. Lima, himself is such a caring person who took his time. No surprise charges explained the insurance portion and mine. My whole experience was the best I’ve run across since moving here from Arizona. I put a call into my insurance company to give Champaign Dental Group an A+ I’ll be giving them my business and referring my family and friends!!!

If you are looking for a kind gentle dentist try Dr. Hall. I had to have a root canal (which my regular dentist doesn’t do) so I called this office. They got me in right away. People here were very kind and gentle. Michelle was great and so was Dr. Hall. Now I’m switching dentists!
